Return Policy

Reyempresa Multi Sales & Services company return policy gives you an option to return the items purchased on Reyempresa Multi Sales & Services company for reason only as follows

  • Damaged Product(s) Received
  • Wrong product(s) received
  • Order error

Return of the product(s) can be made only till 7 days after the product is ordered. (No return will be initiated if the return request is sent after 7 days including the day of order)

  • Return of the product ordered by using Buy Now option can be made (if it fulfills the return policy conditions) by visiting My account > Orders > Return
  • During Return our delivery agent will do a check of the product to be returned. We will initiate refund for the product(s) if it passes our requirements as follows: –
  • For a successful return the product should be as it was delivered and intact with all bills, tags, Box, Packings, Free gifts and other things received with the product.
  • The product was received damaged by the seller.(It should be informed immediately within the same day.)
  • Wrong product(s) received than what was ordered. (It should be informed immediately within the same day.)
  • The refund will be initiated after the product has been received by us and has passed a quality check. (If the picked-up product does not pass the quality and quantity check as well as return policy conditions no refund would be made)
  • The refund of money for the product returned (if passed the conditions of return policy) will be made within 1-15 Business days or even more due to unforeseen reasons.
  • All items to be returned must be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for example shoes must be packed in the original shoes box as delivered and should not be worn even once or used)
  • In case you have purchased an item(s) which has free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return main item then you need to return the free product/gift as well.
  • In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake then Reyempresa Multi Sales & Services company would not be accountable for replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the user.
  • For return create a return request under my account > my orders section of website and follow the screens/options that come after tapping on return button
  • No product(s) shall be accepted if the bill is missing while return of product(s)
  • No product(s) shall be accepted for return if the product is damaged or used even once by the customer or the product has become dirty/polish is gone by customer’s side.
  • While return of the product ensure that you have the original item available with you.
  • Online refund would take 1 to 15 Business days post refund initiation even more due to unforeseen reasons and NEFT 1 to 15 business days post refund initiation or even more due to unforeseen reasons.
  • Why has my return request been declined?

This might happen, if the item you returned is damaged in any condition or original tags and bills are missing. Reyempresa Multi Sales & Services company can decline any return request if it does not pass the return policy conditions. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for refund.

  • Reyempresa Multi Sales & Services company is not liable if the above conditions aren’t fulfilled by the customer.
